The wedding fayres take place from 11am until 3pm. All exhibitors can set up from 8.30am and must be ready by 10.45am.

Exhibition stands do go quickly - it is advisable that you email or telephone Sally Barker on 01793 840000 to confirm availability and submit the Booking Form at your earliest convenience, to secure the position you want. ADP Limited is unable to reserve any stands without a completed booking form. Stands are strictly allocated on a first come, first served basis. Prepayment is required at time of booking and you will be issued a receipt by return of post.

The price of the stand depends on the size of the area booked. The price includes the hire of a table(s), a linen tablecloth and advertising campaign in local media. After the show you will receive a list of brides, which you can use to ensure you have presented your business to as many brides as possible.

All car-hire companies can bring up to two cars each to display in the designated parking area. If more than two cars are required extra spaces can be reserved at £15 + VAT per space. Please indicate your requirements on the Booking Form.

Stands must not be moved from the position sold to each exhibitor. This is to ensure that fire exits are not blocked and that the risk assessment before the event(s) is kept in check to prevent any accidents on the day.

All exhibitors must have the relevant Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance in place before each fayre. ADP Limited will not take responsibility for any accidents caused by any exhibitor in setting up, exhibiting or at set-down after the event. Only one exhibition stand per company - no sub letting or the promotion of other companies is allowed. Exhibitors' stands and accessories must not exceed the space purchased.

We do sell up to five of the same services per show (where an event is 30 stands or less) or up to six services per show for larger events of 30+ stands. This particularly applies to the photography business where there is a high demand for stand availability. No exclusivity is promised to any service. This ensures choice for the wedding fayre visitor as well as healthy competition and creates a larger show to attract more people to visit.

Dress and suit hire companies are requested to supply walk around models to exhibit bridal gowns. Changing room facilities will be supplied. However we will need to be informed of your changing requirements before the show.

Site numbers are indicated on the individual event plans. All bookings must be secured with payment - a receipt will be returned to you by return of post.

There is a £10 discount for two events or £20 discount off the total price for 3 events sold at the same time in each wedding fayre season.

Leaflet distribution and database purchase:
If you are unable to make the event a service is now available for inserting your promotional material in the bags given out to brides at the entry pointto the events. A supply of your leaflets will be required at least two weeks before the wedding fayre. The charge for bag-stuffing will be £50+VAT per leaflet distribution and database purchase for one event. Usually 150 to 200 leaflets are needed per event. Extra leaflets supplied will not be able to be returned to you. In addition you will receive an emailed list of the brides on the database who visited the fayre(s) approximately one week after the wedding fayre(s). Payment for this service is on placing a booking. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

Cancellation of booking
If in the event you book and pay for a stand and for some reason cannot attend refunds can only be made in exceptional circumstances (death or severe accident). Exhibitors will need to give at least 4 working weeks' notice in order for ADP Limited to re-sell the stand and re-promote forthcoming exhibitors.

When the stand is re-sold the exhibitor will be informed and either a re-imbursement will be given or the payment will be moved forward to a future fayre. This will be in consultation with the exhibition organiser.

Any cancellation made in less than 4 working weeks before the date of the fayre will not qualify for a re-imbursement of payment.
