Fayres to get a list of the venues and dates
of the events you may wish to book into.
Click on the fayre date which you are interested
in and the page relating to the fayre and venue will now appear.
To view the stand locations and layout of the event please click
on the button bottom left of this page labelled Plan of
event. A layout of the fayre at that venue will load
up through the Acrobat Reader software. Please identify and make
a note of the stand number and size of the stand(s) you would
be interested in booking. Please note that the booking form will
ask you for a second choice if your first choice has already been
booked.
Click on the button which says Rates
to get information on the prices of the different sized stands
and leaflet distribution service. This page also details about
the cancellation policy as well as the terms and conditions of
booking a stand.
It is now advisable that you phone 01249 760700
if you want to check that your preferred choice of stand is available
or if there are any vacancies at a particular fayre in which you¹d
like to book into (there are a maximum of 5 services at each event).
This telephone line is not always manned so please do leave a
message and someone will come back to you as soon as possible.
Click on the button which says Booking.
The form now asks you to enter your contact details. Please fill
in the form indicating which fayre(s) you are interested in attending
and the requirements you may have for electricity supply and a
tablecloth at your chosen fayre(s). Payment is on booking and
you now have a choice of sending a cheque for the full amount
(less any discounts for multiple bookings - see rates page) plus
the VAT. Cheques are payable to ADP Limited. Alternatively you
may decide to pay by credit card via the Paypal system. Please
follow the steps indicated to buy the stands through the shopping
cart to get to the "Checkout". Please read the terms
and conditions page (press on link at bottom of booking form)
before submitting the form.

The form is time and date activated to ensure
that people are served on a first-come, first-served basis. If
you have phoned to check stand availability the time of call is
also recorded to ensure the policy of first-come, first-served
is continued. The form arrives at the ADP Limited email inbox
for checking and to activate the booking. A reply email will be
sent back to you to confirm receipt of the booking and that your
chosen stand(s) are available and have been allocated to you.
On receipt of the payment (either by cheque in
the post or via credit card payment on-line through the Paypal
system) ADP Limited will send an invoice receipt which acts as
the final confirmation of booking.
If you are a new exhibitor an email will be sent
to you two to three weeks ahead of the event. This email will
list information you will need to know about setting up times,
access, facilities on-site and contact numbers for the day. If
this does not arrive please phone ahead of the date for this information
to be re-sent.
